Äventyrens Ö in Sweden
for the summer season

Scott joins
forces with the team at Äventyrens Ö outside of Stockholm
in Sweden, as facilitator in teambuilding programs on their
amazing island over the summer. The island is situated
just off the main coast in the beautiful archaepello. The
company is the industry leader in teambuilding and personnel
development in Sweden, running both high adventure, low-impact
as well as strategic initiatives for business development.

Australian businesses in teambuilding, and enjoying challenging
experiences with great workplace teams along the eastern

Vålådalen in Jämtland, as "Swedish base-camp"
January 2004
Vålådalens Tourist
station, the doorway to the magnificent Nature Reserve in
the heart of Jämtland in Sweden, has become the "base
camp" for Bushlab's teambuilding activities. Scott
provides teambuilding and challenge experiences for conference
groups who visit and stay at the station.

Conference groups
who stay over at Vålådalens Tourist station have an opportunity
to engage in some exciting and challenging activities in the
regions magnificent environment. Bushlab has run very successful
events for a number of groups, helping to re-establish the tourist
station as a major conference centre in Jämtland.

Bushlab is setting
its sights on the Sunshine Coast as its base in Australia for
teambuilding programs. A strategy aimed at particular industries
predominant in this region is under finalisation, including a
fine-tuned marketing plan to breed rapid interest by local businesses
seeking productivity and staff development.

BushLab runs management development
program activities for major hotel group in Shanghai, China
January 2007
BushLab secures a major management development
training day in collaboration with Conchius Consulting based
in Shanghai. Scott was flown to China to plan and lead the
training day, which focussed on Emotional Intelligence as the
basis for improved communication and cultural exchange, for
senior managers of Shangri-La Hotels Asia. BushLab was commissioned
to plan and co-facilitate the day, offering effective activities
that would enhance the knowledge base already provided from
Conchius. Future collaborative work is planned.
